Mornings here begin slowly, coffee in hand, watching the island wake up, while evenings are best spent lingering as the sky turns soft shades of pink and gold.

Modern comforts are thoughtfully included, but never intrusive. Everything feels considered, from the lighting to the layout, creating a space that encourages rest, reflection and long, indulgent sleeps.

Dining at Petunia is an experience in itself. The restaurant champions seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with a menu rooted in Mediterranean flavours, elevated by refined technique. Dishes are beautifully balanced — fresh, vibrant and unfussy — allowing the quality of the produce to speak for itself.

Dinner on the terrace is non-negotiable. As the sun sets behind Es Vedrà, the atmosphere becomes almost cinematic. Candles flicker, glasses clink, and conversations soften as the sky deepens in colour.
